Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

For me, the most rewarding and beautiful part of being a mom is all the little things. Like when my son comes up to me and randomly asks to snuggle or tells me he loves me & when my daughter comes to me and asks me to play and tells me I’m the best mommy ever. Or when they both come to me and ask if we can all snuggle and watch a movie together. Being around so much unconditional love is the best part!!

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

One memory I will never forget with my kids is the 1st time they saw snow! We moved in July to GA from FL, so they were excited! We prepped with all the old wives tails, like sleeping with spoons under our pillows, ice cubes in the toilet, and sleeping with our PJ’s inside out. When they woke up in the morning & snow covered outside, the pure joy and excitement is indescribable! We quickly layered up & played all day long outside together! Making their 1st snow angels & having a snow ball fight!

What would you do with $20,000?

I would buy us a house! As a single mom it’s so hard to have any extra money to be able to save for anything. This would be the biggest blessing to be able to do that& finally be able to have a place to call our own! We came from a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 years, but the dream and goal I always tell my babies is that “one day mommas gunna buy us a house with a big yard so we can have a trampoline &a lot of dogs”, but for now we enjoy fantasizing together about what our future home will be like!
