Ashley Foggie-Alewine

I’m willing to let my children see my good and bad sides, so they’ll know that perfection doesn’t exist.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my children grow and develop their own personalities. I know we will have our moments, but I will always be their support system.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I will never forget when my kids started kindergarten. I made the mistake of wearing only a nightgown to drop off my oldest when we were running late, in the rain, and she didn’t want to get out of the car. I had to walk her in the school with nothing on under my nightgown. So embarrassing! Then my youngest told her teacher that a dinosaur ate her dad!

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000 I would renovate our house. A contractor left us with an unfinished home 6 years ago. We have a basement that floods with each storm and it seems like we haven’t been able to get on top of things. The girls deserve a nice place to stay.
