Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Having a designated driver. I’m kidding. Kind of. The real most rewarding part of being a Mom is watching their “Aha moments” in real time. Whatever it is they’ve struggled with, when they finally figure it out—with my guidance—and they sort of unlock the next level of life. It’s amazing to be a part of that!

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I'm sure I'm supposed to say some monumental moment, and I could hilariously and lovingly discuss their actual births.. but, for me, it’s the normal day-to-day, seemingly mundane stuff that holds the most space in my memory bank. Namely, singing parties in the car—where we belt all of our favorites—or dance parties in the kitchen. They’re perfect little snippets of insane love, admiration, and acceptance between us all.

What would you do with $20,000?

Imma be real.. we’d have one AMAZING vacation. The girls have been begging me to take them to New York City. One wants to see some Broadway shows, one wants to shop, and one is just blown away by the neverending possibilities. We would immerse ourselves with all things Big Apple. Let it be known, we’re going to take this trip anyway, but with 20 G’s, I won’t have to “borrow” from their college funds.
