I’m a mom of 5; 3 of my daughters are autistic. I advocate, educate & emotionally support caregivers via “Autism Supermoms” (since 2017)!
You decide who will appear in Woman's World magazine, enjoy a weekend getaway in Napa, and take home $20,000
Having the opportunity to grow and experience big things, little things, and see their growth and progress over the years. It’s the hardest job I’ve ever had, but in spite of all the intense moments and challenging times, it’s the most joyful and rewarding job I’ve ever had too.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? All the moments of “togetherness,” like day outings spent laughing & playing at the beach, birthdays, Christmasses and other holidays… I think they”ll remember that families like ours can count on one another and love one another, no matter what their personal differences may be. I will also always remember every single major & minor milestone and moment spent together over the years… I’ll never forget bringing each new addition home to meet their siblings. I’ll always remember “togetherness.”
What would you do with $20,000?Honestly, I would use it to support my family’s disability needs further, but I would also equally use it to give back and further boost the emotional support and education I offer via @autismsupermoms. I wish to be able to connect more, do more to meet moms (in person) too, offer more emotional support, and be able to offer more of my time. I feel this is so very needed, as caregiving and motherhood can be so intensely isolating and challenging. Connection and upliftment really matters!
