I am a mom to 3 amazing children. I teach high school English, coach the dive team, completed my doctorate in Oct. 2024 and I love CrossFit!
We would like to thank you for supporting Amy Kohl in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
Honestly, the most rewarding part of being a mom is sharing in my children’s successes- from their excitement of losing their first tooth to their first soccer goal or landing a cartwheel. It’s those moments that make all the struggles of motherhood worth it!
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? One memory I will never forget is seeing the pure happiness of my two older children the day we were able to bring our youngest home from the hospital (she had a short 5 day stay in the nicu). While the baby was in the hospital, the kids could only FaceTime to see her. When they were able to see her in person and hold her, it melted my heart.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000 I would: build a fire pit oasis in our backyard, take the kids to great wolf lodge for a vacation, and take my husband out to a nice restaurant for date night. Any money left over would go into our savings account. I would build a nice fire pit because we love to spend summer nights outside by the fire. I would take the kids to GWL because they absolutely love swimming and have not been to an indoor water park. And date night is a must because my hubby is my amazing support system.
