What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

I’m their best friend, their doctor, their therapist, their coach, their cheerleader, their fitness pal, their dietitian, their teacher, I’m their everything. The relationship I have with my children is like no other. They depend on me to give them the tools and guidance to become the best humans they can be, while they, in turn, teach me how to love, be patience , and truly understand what it means to be a kind spirit!

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

One memory I’ll never forget is the time I took my children to the fair. As a single mom, navigating large crowds can be overwhelming trying to keep up with their excitement, stay together, and keep them safe is no small task. I remember my son was so excited that he broke away from us and went missing. Those were the scariest three minutes of my life. That moment taught me how quickly things can change, and just how deep and fierce a mother’s love and protection runs.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, I would finally be able to buy a place for me and my children to truly call home, a space where love can run wild and free, where we can continue to grow, create, and make beautiful memories together as we navigate this journey called life. As a mom who has always worried about stability, this would give me the financial freedom and peace of mind to finally breathe, knowing my children have a safe and stable place to thrive.
