Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mother is seeing the joy in my children’s faces. Seeing them light up after a long day of work and them being happy that mom’s home. Trenton (11) and Raegan (5) are both very grateful, humble children and simple things like a walk in the park will make them happy. It makes me proud that I am raising two bright, awesome, respectful children to send out into this world to hopefully make it a little brighter.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

Our best memory to date was a 4 day cruise to the Bahamas in 2023. Our first international trip together where we were able to unplug and be present with each other. They were able to beach, swim, eat and repeat and live their best kid lives! The trip ended with “Your the best mom ever!” A win in my book!

What would you do with $20,000?

$20,000 would truly change my family’s lives. In 2024 I was laid off from my previous employer and went without employment for seven months despite countless applications and interviews. Trying to avoid an eviction on my credit, I exhausted all financial resources and was forced to move in with loved ones. I am currently trying to rebuild to provide for myself and my children. I work very hard and do my best so that my children never have to worry and $20,000 would be a fresh start for us!
