Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Ever since I started playing with dolls, I have yearned to be a mother. My dreams came true in September 2023, when my son was born. He is the sweetest and goofiest boy and so much more than I could’ve asked for. In the short time I’ve been a mother, I can truly say that the most rewarding part has been bringing him into this world and watching the way his eyes light up when he sees me. Knowing that I’m his safe place is incredibly rewarding.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

In the first year of your child’s life, it seems like every moment is unforgettable and photo-worthy. I’ve enjoyed watching him experience all his firsts, from eating solids, flying in a plane, feeling sand, seeing zoo animals, watching fireworks and more. While I’m currently pregnant with my twins, I can say that the most unforgettable moment with them has been finding out their genders. We were hoping for one of each and it’s exactly what we got!

What would you do with $20,000?

As one can imagine, a spontaneous twin pregnancy only 1.5 years after your first child can be overwhelming. Everything is bigger and double with twins. We’ve already had to get a bigger car to fit 3 car seats and extra baby equipment. The prize money would help my family and I be able to keep up with the financial demands of having a 1.5 yr old son and newborn twins. Also, this would be a great way to ring in my 30th bday!
