My boy, Dexter, is my everything. Being a voice for my non-verbal autistic son has transformed me into something beautiful. Love this life!
We would like to thank you for supporting Allison Stanley in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
The connection! The feeling in my heart. Having a small human that is part of you and your responsibility and watching that small human grow into a person of his own is incomparable to anything else.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? This past summer swimming every day with my boy. Dexter is autistic and a super sensory seeker, water is his wonderland. The feeling of being in the water swimming and making him happy will fill my heart forever.
What would you do with $20,000?Dexter is going into Kindergarten next year and we live in a failing school district. This money could help us relocate to a better school district that suites Dexters IEP needs. Beyond that, I would use the money to continue to equip Dexter with the tools to help him thrive. This money would be life changing to say the least.
