LAUGHTER. The giggles, the full body laughs, all of it. Also, seeing my kids genuinely happy and the unconditional love. Whether it’s the happiness that comes from activities, morning smiles, making new friends, trying something new, or just a good day..their happiness means everything.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?When my daughter was born and my son walked in the hospital room to meet her. He was so proud and excited. He kept covering his mouth, in awe of his baby sister. He kept peeking around to get glimpses of her and then sat down to hold her…he proudly told me, “mommy! You did it!” Crying as I write this.
What would you do with $20,000?We would take the kids to Disney World and use remaining money to go towards our non-profit. The memories would be worth more than gold. Seeing the excitement in my kids faces would bring me so much joy.
