What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Hearing my daughter say positive things about herself is the most rewarding part of being a mom. I grew up in a completely different environment and there was so much negativity. I speak life in my children. I want to encourage confidence, intelligence, and self love. This will make the hard parts of life just a little easier.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I will never forget their births. Their stories are so different from birth, but both are so amazing. Their birth stories are filled with what some may say are coincidences, but I say it’s God.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would pay for my family to go to another country so my kids can be in the environment to learn the native languages. I have learned beginner sign language and Spanish so I can teach them at home. My 5 year old knows her alphabet in three languages and could spell her name in all three by the age of 3. I would love to continue teaching and learning this with them.
