We would like to thank you for supporting Alexis Bourn in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewording part for me is being my kid’s safe haven. I didn’t not have a safe space growing up so knowing that my kids’ first response to anything, good or bad, is that they need me makes me feel on top of the world.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I will NEVER forget my oldest son’s reaction to meeting his baby brother in the hospital. He was so filled with joy he cried. Due to his autism he doesn’t take well to change, and I was worried he’d be upset. It was the complete opposite, and they’ve been inseparable since!

What would you do with $20,000?

I would likely take some of the money to take my boys to New York. My oldest has been asking for a long time. Our lives are filled with hustle and not much time or money to relax and enjoy each other. The rest i’d invest for their future!
