Aiyana Pagliero

I’m a 22-year-old working mom with a 3 year old boss I mean, daughter. I survive on coffee, snacks she didn’t finish.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

What makes being a mom the most rewarding? It’s the little things—her giggles, the way she says “I love you,” the cuddles when she’s tired, and seeing her learn something new. Knowing that I’m her safe place, her biggest fan, and the one she looks up to… that’s everything. Even on the hard days, she makes it all worth it.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

One memory I’ll never forget is the day my daughter did her first pageant. Watching her walk out shy and then gain her confidence. made my heart burst with pride. When they called her name as a winner, I could barely hold back tears—I was clapping, cheering, probably louder than anyone there. In that moment, all the practice, outfits, and nerves were worth it. Seeing her shine and knowing she felt proud of herself… that was everything.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won $20,000, I’d pay off some bills, stack a savings cushion, and make sure my daughter has everything she needs—and a little extra for fun. Then I’d treat us to a vacation, maybe somewhere with a beach and no Wi-Fi. And yes… I might just splurge on a coffee I didn’t have to reheat three times.
