What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Being a mother brings out a nurturing side, allowing me to explore my potential and develop new skills to care for my children. It fosters an unparalleled capacity for love. Witnessing my children grow, teaching them valuable lessons, and experiencing the profound joy of unconditional love, all while fostering personal growth and creating lasting bonds. Being validated by my children, telling me “you’re the best mom ever” when I feel inadequate is most rewarding part of being a mom.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

Living in a hotel after losing our home to hurricane Harvey in 2017. Although we were displaced living in a double bed suite, 2 adults and a newborn in a full size bed, we were so happy because we were all together, under one roof, our life didn’t feel like what we were going through because of our love we had for eachother. I’ll never forget living the “suite life” with my family.

What would you do with $20,000?

I’m gonna get me and my daughter a comfortable place to live, and invest the rest in my business. To help mitigate the immense impact hair-loss has on Society. By partnering with the U.S. Federal government and providing cranial prosthesis for U.S. military veterans. Helping them get back their confidence by reintroducing normalcy one patient at a time. Creating financial freedom for my children and myself to live at our highest capacity as we navigate through life’s journey…and eyeglasses 4 me
