What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Hearing my kids peak in and say “I love you, Mom” as they’re walking past my bedroom. Watching my sons hold the door for strangers. Getting a phone call from a teacher telling me that my son is doing so well in class that he might just be a future doctor! Being told by others how respectful and kind my sons are. The hugs they give me. The ability to love another person unconditionally. Watching them grow into healthy adults.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

One memory of my youngest son Roman that I will never forget is when he was 3, I got a call from daycare that he stuck his head in the toilet. When I picked him up & asked him why he did that he told me that his friend dared him to for $20. I asked him so where’s the money? He said his friend has to ask his mom for it! My son Jackson, I will never forget as a baby/toddler when he started talking, had to say hello to everyone we met at the grocery store! It was so cute. He would wave & say hi!

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use the money for reconstructive surgery after a horrific Staph infection disfigured my face and scalp. I always wear hats, glasses, wigs & makeup to hide my face but I suffer from bald spots, permanent facial paralysis, scarring & volume loss.
