The most fulfilling aspect of motherhood is nurturing individuals to thrive and evolve into their best selves, while also striving to become the best version of oneself simultaneously. To raise good humans in a world that isn’t always the kind, that’s such a reward to me !

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I will always remember a time when I felt overwhelmed and had dark thoughts. My daughter dreamt that I had harmed myself, which left her extremely upset when she woke up. There are moments in life when things seem too much, and it feels like there's no way out except to give up. However, my daughter woke up from her nightmare and was devastated at the mere thought of anything happening to me. In that instance, she made me realize how crucial my life is to her, how deeply connected we are.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I had $20,000, here's how I would allocate it: Invest $5,000 in stocks, Bitcoin, and other investments. Allocate $5,000 to support my nonprofit . Our mission is to help parents re-parent their inner ciild while parenting their child through art, movement, mindfulness and community . Set aside $3,000 for a solo trip to Japan for major art inspo. Put $1,000 into savings for each of my children. Save the remaining $5,000 away for my dream home for my children and I .
