Watching my children show up in this world as authentic, loving & compassionate people is rewarding. They have learned that people are not disposable and they live life through that lens. My kids have had to walk through a lot being the children of a single parent, who also owned a business and was going to school. We are one solid tribe doing this life together
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?To be humbled. I had to learn how to find a balance between staying true, genuine and authentic to myself while giving every piece of myself to two other human beings.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use it to continue to provide free drug, alcohol, mental health & family services to people in my community. I own an outpatient facility that does not turn people away for any reason especially the inability to pay. Would further support this cause. I’d also try to publish my new book.
