What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

When I see the things I teach them shining bright. It’s not the good grades but the respectful characteristics, like when they give a homeless person a twenty or a five, or when I see them helping somone or doing something without asking. That is the reward knowing that my children will be great humans great individuals in the world.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I feel like I have so many, but one of the biggest is my oldest moved out and it was his birthday and every birthday we have cake and ice cream no matter how much money I don’t have, but when he walked in the door my daughter hugged him like she never seen him, his twin brothers embraced him wanting to show him everything. I saw the love they have for one another.

What would you do with $20,000?

Down payment on a house. I feel so bad that I have never been able to give them a house. We have made a home of where we are but never a house in a safe neighborhood with a yard. I recently told my son we can’t go to the parks in our cities cause they are not safe, he got made and said why don’t we move, we can’t I can’t afford it, he said then why you move here I had thought I was providing better but my children can’t play in their own neighborhood.
