KiA Gibson

I’ve been doing life with my 3 babies all alone for the last 3 years. Life hasn’t been easy but the sacrifices are worth.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

My children make me feel whole. They give me the strength I need in order to keep trying at this thing called life. Through trials of have a baby with SPECIAL ABILITIES :) (Joubert syndrome) and going through a divorce, I’ve been able to teach them and they’ve been able to teach me (how to love, how to forgive and how to ALWAYS do my best). Also, witnessing my baby beat so many odds that were deemed impossible by his specialist have been graced in my heart.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

The moment my oldest 2 asked me to teach them how to administer my youngest baby’s injections.

What would you do with $20,000?

It will hep me be able to pay Cailum’s tuition. He’s in a school for disabled kids. I know all of my responses are centered around my children but they are my life and my everything. This school has been the best for him however I’m not able to work overtime because I’m all they have 90% of the time.
